What is Dark Beat Boxercise?
Dark Beat Boxercise is a 45-minute cardio-boxing workout performed in a darkened room set to EDM beats, using aqua bags. SPLASH BOX is Bangkok's first studio of its kind, in Thonglor. The darkness and music create a club-like, immersive atmosphere — closer to a night out than a gym session — while you punch, move and sweat to the rhythm. It's built to be approachable for every level, from first-timers to regulars.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. No boxing experience is needed. Trainers guide you through every move, and because the room is dark there's no pressure or self-consciousness — you simply follow the beat at your own pace. The format is the same for everyone; you control the intensity.
What happens in your first class?
A class runs 45 minutes. You warm up, then work through rounds of guided boxing combinations on the aqua bag, timed to the music, with short active-recovery breaks. Trainers — including performers from Japan — keep the energy up and your form right. For your first session, arrive 10–15 minutes early to get set up.
What should I bring and wear?
Come as you are. Sportswear, boxing gloves and a towel are all available to rent on-site, and drinking water is provided. Just wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. After class there are shower rooms with amenities and a hair dryer.

SPLASH BOX is at Marché Thonglor, Building A, 5M floor, 150 Thong Lo Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110 — about 650 metres from BTS Thong Lo. There is free parking for up to 4 hours if you drive. Open daily, 9:00–22:00.
