It is the cutting-edge fighting fitness “Shadow Box” in NY. In the dark, you can refresh your body and mind with the feeling of dancing in a club, and you can get absorbed in full-scale training.
You will sweat a lot during hard training, so please prepare the following items.

Gloves are free to rent.
When participating in the program, it is mandatory to wear a bandage, so please pay the rental fee each time you rent it at the store or purchase it.
*Because the program will be conducted barefoot, there is no need to bring shoes.
*For the trial program, only the first time, we will give you free clothes, face towels and bath towels, and water.
*During the trial program, ticket members can rent bandages for free.
For the first time only, there is a 1time trial program system for 390 THB,5time trial program system for 1,890 THB.
Before the program starts, we will give a lecture for about 10 minutes, so even first-time customers can use it with confidence.
Approximately 60% are women and 40% are men.
There are many women in their late 20s to 30s, but of course men and ages can participate.
Locker rooms and shower rooms are available.
In addition, members can sign a contract locker contract for 800THB(tax included) every month. Please ask the store staff for details.

About the day of the program

For the first trial program, we will give a lecture for about 10 minutes, so please come to the store 20 minutes before the program start time.
*Please refrain from participating after 10 minutes before the program start time.
The duration of one program is 45 minutes.
Considering the shower after the program, I would like you to watch a total of 1.5 to 2 hours.
*For programs starting at 7:00, please check the business hours before visiting.
*For the first trial program, please come to the store 20 minutes before the program start time. Please come in plenty of time.
We ask that you refrain from using this facility if you are pregnant or if you have a chronic disease that prevents you from exercising vigorously.
Please note that the content of the program is hard.
During the program, loud music is playing and the door will be closed, so we do not allow you to participate in the middle of the program.
Leaving the room in the middle is only possible in case of injury or poor physical condition.

Customers who become members will be issued a card when they visit the store for the first time. Customers who purchase tickets will be issued a barcode every time they use the app.

There are mainly two patterns of ticket membership (ticket) and monthly membership (monthly membership).
Ticket members (tickets) are 1,200THB (tax included) per 1Time ticket.
Monthly membership (monthly membership) is membership 4,890 THB, GOLD member 6,390 THB (tax included), VIP member 6,980 THB (tax included).

Cancellation/Join
First, download the SPLAH BOX dedicated app, select the desired course, and make a reservation.
You can also make a reservation from the schedule page.

Please change or cancel your reservation from My Page.
Cancellation is possible up to 30 minutes before the program start time.
Cancellations after 30 minutes before the start time of the program cannot be handled even if you call the store.
If you do not cancel, it will be canceled without notice, and if you continue to cancel without notice, you may be penalized.
There is no cancellation fee for canceling a program reservation.
In principle, we do not accept refunds for tickets once paid.
If you have made a reservation with a ticket, the expiration date will be changed to 7 days from the cancellation date and time, so please use it within the expiration date.
Please note that tickets that have expired will be digested (invalid).
Participation in the middle is not allowed under any circumstances for safety reasons.

Yes.
The program may be canceled if there is a problem with the sound or lighting equipment and it becomes inoperable, or if a disaster such as an earthquake occurs and it is necessary to evacuate for a certain period of time.

Procedures/change of member information
You can take a temporary break from membership by paying a monthly membership fee as an administrative fee.
If you are considering a recess, please contact us at the store by the end of the month before the month in question.

Parking tickets can be stamped.

Women’s lockers also have cleanser, hair ties (if you wish, please ask the store staff), and brushes.

The SPLASH BOX program incorporates elements of interval training, and the afterburn effect lasts for a long time, so even a once-a-week program is effective. Even if you want to train harder, you can expect sufficient results by participating in the program once every three days.
In addition, in the SPLASH BOX program, the “afterburn effect” that continues to burn calories even after exercise lasts for about 24 to 72 hours, so we recommend doing aerobic exercise such as jogging the day after the program. .
